Hireology partners with Bain Capital Ventures for $10 million in Series B funding while earning HRO Today’s top spot in talent management technology and quality of service. Hireology also integrates with Click Boarding to add digital onboarding functionality to the platform.

The company grows to 100 employees, launches career site functionality, and partners with Baird Venture Partners to raise $12 million in Series C Funding. Additionally, Hireology is named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies.

Hireology debuts insights analytics platform to centralize HR reporting and bring data to the recruiting process. The company also partners with Netchex to bring integrated payroll and employee management solutions to customers.

Hireology enters the healthcare space with a focus on home health care and senior living facilities. The vertical expansion involves new integrations with leading healthcare scheduling companies, including ClearCare, AxisCare, AlayaCare, and MatrixCare.

Hireology celebrates ranking seventh on Crain’s Fast 50 while launching a mobile app to enable hiring on-the-go for customers. Additionally, the company closes $27 million in Series D financing in partnership with Blue Cloud Ventures, Bain Capital Ventures, and Baird Venture Partners.

The company celebrates 10 years of business and powers hiring for more than 7,000 companies, including 1 in 5 dealerships in the U.S. During this tumultuous year, Hireology launches document collection, custom checklists, and offer letter features.

Hireology acquires employee referral management platform, EmployUs to help companies get more ROI out of their employee referral programs. Hireology is again named #1 talent management tech provider and #1 overall quality of service by HRO Today

Company growth accelerates as Hireology’s core verticals emerge from pandemic. The company is on pace to help our customers make 1 million hires by 2023.
