Elizabeth Gerber is Hireology’s VP of Revenue Operations. She enables our teams through optimized processes, vendor partnerships, and robust data analytics. Her teams work to remove roadblocks and build tools which ensure our Hireologist’s can execute their roles at the highest level. Prior to joining Hireology, Elizabeth spent extensive time at CareerBuilder, where she managed a team focused on process improvement and also helped launch the company’s customer success operations.
Elizabeth holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton, where she spent too many early mornings out on the river as a member of the crew team. She currently resides in the Gold Coast, enjoying all Chicago has to offer.
