With a background in B2B markets across many industries, Emily has a proven track record in scaling sales operations, optimizing processes, and building strong customer relationships. Prior to joining Hireology, Emily ran her own Enablement and GTM Consulting business, where she focused on developing sales teams and helping organizations architect customer-centric GTM motions.
Passionate about mentorship and professional development, Emily is committed to cultivating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the sales team.
Emily lives in the Western Suburbs of Chicago with her husband, two children, and their endearing, yet badly behaved Golden Retriever, Oscar.
