In the second quarter of 2023, Hireology worked hard behind the scenes to make sure you have everything you need to capture better quality talent and fill open roles faster.
One of our biggest priorities this quarter was continuing to enhance our partnership with Indeed — helping you drive more quality applicants from the world’s #1 job site. We also made some improvements to our referrals campaign offerings as well as our candidate communication automation. Read on to learn more!
Indeed partnership upgrade
Earlier this quarter we announced our inclusion in Indeed’s ATS Partner Program. As a Silver partner, we work closely with Indeed to build reliable integrations that optimize your hiring process. Integrating with Indeed optimizes the hiring process, improves the job seeker experience, and helps you find the right hires, faster.
Indeed disposition sync
In Q2 we also released Indeed Disposition Sync, which uses disposition data to help you improve applicant quality over time.
Disposition data is information about the status of Indeed applicants within Hireology — including any time an applicant is contacted, scheduled for an interview, sent an offer, hired, or rejected. With Indeed Disposition Sync, Hireology will now aggregate this information and share it with Indeed.
Sharing this information helps Indeed make data-driven decisions to improve the targeting of their 300 million unique job seekers each month to better match job seekers to your job postings. Over time, this will improve the quality of applicants driven by Indeed, ultimately helping you fill your open roles with better talent.
Automated new hire referrals enhancement
In Q1 of 2023, we made an enhancement to our employee referral program management tool that gives you the option to choose from a wide variety of templates when creating a new campaign. Starting with a template makes it easy to quickly launch campaigns and start driving referrals sooner. And as we know from Hireology data, referral programs are the number one source of hires among our customers.
In Q2, we launched a quick follow-up to this enhancement: a new automation that enrolls anyone marked as hired in Hireology into a referral campaign. This way you never miss an opportunity to start collecting referrals from new hires, and you won’t have to spend the time manually adding new hires to your campaigns. As always, our goal with any employee referral enhancement is to help you drive more referrals while saving time for your team.
Automated candidate communications
In Q2 we also launched new candidate communication automations. Now, Hireology will automatically send a text message or email to candidates to confirm receipt of their application, along with a review timeline. This latest update allows you to leverage email and text templates to deliver personalized and consistent messaging, promptly engage top talent, and free up time for your team. At Hireology we are committed to continuous improvement. That’s why in June, our team dedicated effort to enhance our platform and provide an improved customer experience. Through this initiative, our team identified and fixed over 45 bugs to improve the overall quality of the Hireology platform.
