Here’s a refresher of Hireology’s most recent Indeed integration updates:
Indeed XML feed integration
With this enhanced integration — launched in February of 2023 — all new or updated external jobs created in Hireology are now sent directly to Indeed via an XML feed. This ensures that your most up-to-date job content is automatically available in Indeed’s free2 search results.
This integration further improves Hireology’s job distribution capabilities and will help fill critical roles with top talent faster. Taking advantage of this integration is as simple as opening or updating a job!
Disposition sync
Just last month we released Indeed Disposition Sync, which uses disposition data to help you improve applicant quality over time.
Disposition data is information about the status of Indeed applicants within Hireology — including any time an applicant is contacted, scheduled for an interview, sent an offer, hired, or rejected. With Indeed Disposition Sync, Hireology will now aggregate this information and share it with Indeed.
Sharing this information helps Indeed make data-driven decisions to improve the targeting of their 300 million unique job seekers each month3 to better match job seekers to your job postings. Over time, this will improve the quality of applicants driven by Indeed, ultimately helping you fill your open roles with better talent.
This integration is available to all Hireology customers and does not require you to take any action to set it up. To get the most value out of this integration, simply take the actions within your account that will help Hireology better understand applicant status, such as texting candidates within Hireology, scoring interviews, and using the hire button.
