With this update, you can track the status of your candidates by job, location and hiring manager. Candidate reports show you all the applicants, candidates and hires that applied to a job during a specified date range.
A comprehensive table will show the following data:
- Candidate’s name
- Status
- Job applied to
- Job location
- Hiring manager
- Source the candidate applied from
- Application date
- Last step completed in the hiring process
- Next step in the hiring process
For easy viewing, users can filter candidates by their current status:
- Applicant
- Candidate
- Hired
- Inactive
