NADA Show 2020: 10 Reasons to Visit the Hireology Booth

NADA Show 2020 will take place in Las Vegas from February 14 through 17. The annual show gives attendees the opportunity to learn about the latest automotive trends, products and technologies, and make connections with fellow industry leaders.

As the only dealership partners with access to this level of detail on dealership hiring trends and activities, Hireology and NADA are excited to share this first-ever research with the industry. 

The research features insights based on the hiring activities across 4,000+ retail automotive dealerships representing all major brands and markets. The findings and key takeaways will empower attendees to prepare for the future by outlining an effective people strategy.


One of the key findings from the research was that in 2019, retail automotive dealers lost 2 million job applicants simply because they were never reviewed or it took longer than 21 days – the average time it takes for a job seeker to be hired – to review. We are also launching a new integration with Jobs on Facebook. Through the integration, jobs created in Hireology can automatically appear on the Facebook Page for your business, in the jobs bookmark, in Marketplace, and News Feed. 


Once a job seeker submits an application via Facebook, the application data is pushed to the customer’s Hireology account for review. With 2.5 billion Facebook users each month, the integration will expose dealership roles to a larger talent pool, resulting in more applicants and a faster time to hire.

The first session will take place on Friday, February 14 from 2:30-3:30 p.m. in room N114 and the second session will take place on Saturday, February 15 from 10:30-11:30 a.m. in room N241.
