And finally, we’ll be sharing the results of a recent survey we sent to Hireology’s automotive customers in December 2021. The research covers everything from how often dealerships are losing candidates in the hiring process to exactly what leading dealerships are doing to stand out and compete in a tough hiring market. Some key stats from the research include:

  • 81% of auto dealers have had a candidate “ghost” an interview in the last 6 months
  • 71% of dealerships believe the hiring crisis has negatively impacted their ability to serve customers
  • 57% of dealerships have increased salary offerings in order to attract more candidates

CEO Adam Robinson’s take on today’s labor market
