Improve Quality Applicants With Hireology’s Latest Indeed Integration Enhancement

Following our recent enhanced partnership with Indeed — the world’s #1 job site, we are excited to share Hireology’s Indeed integration expansion, Indeed Disposition Sync, which uses disposition data to help you improve applicant quality over time.

Disposition data is information about the status of Indeed applicants within Hireology — including any time an applicant is contacted, scheduled for an interview, sent an offer, hired, or rejected. With Indeed Disposition Sync, Hireology will now aggregate this information and share it with Indeed.

Sharing this information helps Indeed make data-driven decisions to improve the targeting of their 300 million unique job seekers each month¹ to better match job seekers to your job postings. Over time, this will improve the quality of applicants driven by Indeed, ultimately helping you fill your open roles with better talent.

This integration is available to all Hireology customers and does not require you to take any action to set it up. To get the most value out of this integration, simply take the actions within your account that will help Hireology better understand applicant status, such as texting candidates within Hireology, scoring interviews, and using the hire button.

Indeed Disposition Sync also learns from the feedback you provide on candidates that weren’t the right fit. Updating a candidate’s status to Rejected when they won’t move forward to an interview will allow Indeed to learn more about the type of candidate you are looking for.

In summary, the expanded partnership with Indeed will: 

  • Close the feedback loop and improve applicant quality over time
  • Deliver and target candidates who more closely match your qualifications
