Elevate 2019 is taking place on September 18 at the InterContinental Chicago. As the only people strategy summit for retail automotive, Elevate will give attendees the opportunity to connect, collaborate and champion the people side of their dealerships.
Hireology’s third annual summit will be hosted in partnership with Automotive News, the leading source of news for the global automotive industry. Hireology and Automotive News partnered Elevate and several related industry events in the coming years because they recognize the opportunity dealers face when it comes to turning the people side of the business into a sustainable source of competitive advantage.
At Elevate 2019, Adam Robinson, co-founder and CEO at Hireology, and Jason Stein, Vice President and Publisher at Automotive News, will kick off the event with a session focused on how Elevate and similar initiatives can help dealers set their people operations up for continued success in 2020 and beyond – no matter the economic conditions.
Throughout the daylong event, Elevate attendees will hear from HR thought leaders from both inside and outside the retail automotive industry and will have the opportunity to collaborate with one another on building their 2020 people strategies. A provided playbook will empower attendees to outline actionable next steps to improve their recruitment marketing, hiring and talent management efforts and, as a result, drive productivity and profitability at their dealerships.
Elevate 2019 will align with the Automotive News Retail Forum: Chicago event, where the annual Best Dealerships to Work For list will be announced. The annual awards program recognizes the best dealerships across the country that have established excellence in areas including leadership, corporate culture, role satisfaction, training, pay and benefits and overall engagement. Honorees included on this list understand the importance of building their best teams and consistently prioritize the people side of their dealerships.
Following Elevate, attendees will have the opportunity to attend a nearby welcome reception for the Best Dealerships to Work For event and the event will take place the next day, September 19, at the Four Seasons Chicago.
