Who’s Attending Elevate 2020?

Elevate 2020 will kick off next Tuesday, and as excited as we are for the incredible speaker lineup, we’re also thrilled to interact with our attendees. HR Managers, Dealer Principals, General Managers, and Fixed-Ops Managers from dealerships across the country have registered for Elevate, and we can’t wait to connect during our discussion-based forums.
With so many states following different safety protocols and reopening schedules, there’s a lot to gain from asking your fellow dealership professionals how they’re handling their day-to-day in the current environment.
Ready for a sneak peak at a few of the dealerships represented at this year’s event? We’ve got you covered. Registration for the completely free, entirely virtual Elevate 2020 can be found here.

The automotive group has won countless awards over the years, including the DealerRater’s Consumer Satisfaction Award in 2015, 2016, and 2017, and placing 26 on Automotive News’ annual Top 150 Dealership Groups in 2017.
While they did make some tactical adjustments as COVID-19 spread, they have resumed hiring and have loads of open roles across their locations.

The Suburban Collection

In 1948, Richard Fischer opened the first Suburban Motors in Birmingham, Michigan. The fleet of The Suburban Collection’s locations is now at a whopping 54 locations in 11 cities in both Michigan and California. They currently employ over 3,000 team members and represent 33 brands
The Suburban Collection ranked 16 on Automotive News’ 2019 list of the 150 largest US dealership groups, and 14 on their list of top 150 US dealership groups in 2017.
They’ve made adjustments to their paid time off offerings to accommodate their employees during the pandemic, and are actively hiring once again.

Berkshire Hathaway Automotive

Berkshire Hathaway Automotive is part of the larger Berkshire Hathaway Inc., which engages in  diverse business activities, including property and casualty insurance and reinsurance, utilities and energy, freight rail transportation, finance, manufacturing, retailing, and services.
In 2015, Berkshire Hathaway acquired Van Tuyl Group, the nation’s largest privately owned automotive dealership group, consisting of 81 dealerships (now 85) and 100 automotive franchises in 10 states
Berkshire Hathaway ranked 26 on Forbes’ list of 2019 World’s Best Employers, 203 on Forbes’ Top Regarded Companies in 2019, and #1 on Forbes’ America’s Largest Public Companies in 2018.
With positions currently open all over the US, they’ve regained their footing since the shutdown and are ramping up their hiring once again.
