Meet the 2020 Elevate Speakers

We are two weeks away from our all-virtual Elevate summit, and the speaker lineup is just another reason to mark your calendars for the event. Here’s a summary of our speakers and the topics they’ll be covering come September 15th. You can register for this year’s free conference here.

Tyler Anderson

Tyler Anderson joined Dealertrack DMS as the Director of Business Development in June 2019, and has 24 years of experience in the automotive industry. His previous titles included Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives at ALG, Senior Director of Business Development and Strategy at TrueCar, Inc, and Director of Emerging Media and Director of Strategic Partnerships at Dealer.com. Tyler has worked in dealerships as well as in technology-focused roles in the automotive industry, so he understands the nuances that dealerships are facing through and through.  Tyler is speaking alongside other industry leaders in payroll and DMS on how to support your retail teams with new tools and partnerships. 

Inder Dosanjh

Inder Dosanjh is President of the California Automotive Retailing Group Inc. and owns 16 dealerships including four Chevrolet stores, two Buick-GMC stores, and two Cadillac stores in Northern California. Known for selling the most electric vehicles in the nation, his entire fleet of stores sell an impressive 28,000+ units annually. Inder will take part in a panel on the tools and partnerships that can help your dealership and team be successful right now.

Adam Robinson

Adam Robinson is the Co-Founder and CEO of Hireology, where he’s on a mission to help businesses succeed by building exceptional teams and workplace culture. He's a nationally recognized keynote speaker, author of The Best Team Wins: Build Your Business Through Predictive Hiring and a columnist for Inc. magazine. Adam is leading an exciting keynote speech about trends that Hireology has seen in the job market and the impact this year will have on the industry’s future, as well as a presentation about how the job market downturn has affected today’s applicant.

Jason Stein

Jason Stein, the Vice President and Publisher at Automotive News, directs the editorial and commercial operations for one of the world’s largest automotive business-to-business media organizations, where he’s worked for nearly 14 years. In 2016, he oversaw the launch of two new media products: Automotive News Canada, a digital media outlet and a monthly print magazine; and Fixed Ops Journal, a semi- monthly print magazine focused on auto retail operations.  Jason was the Emcee at last year’s Elevate, and this year, he’ll be hosting a panel discussion with industry leaders on what dealers need to be successful this year in light of the market shifts brought on by the pandemic. 

Michelle Harrow

Michelle Harrow is the Director of Global Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations at Twitter. She previously worked at CarForce.io as the Vice President of Strategy and Operations, and spent 10 years at Apple, helping them enhance their retail experience. She’s passionate about helping organizations drive their business and workforce strategies, solve complex challenges, and establish operational excellence. Michelle is presenting about how she helped Apple change their retail experience to account for the digital transformation of online shopping, and what you can do to reshape your business in the COVID-19 era. 

Bob Lanham

Bob Lanham, the Head of Automotive Retail at Facebook, joined the company in 2015 as an Automotive Retail Lead. He and his team are responsible for the top 10 Dealer Groups in the US and the top Resellers in the US. Prior to joining Facebook, he worked for some of the world’s most renowned companies including Hulu, Yahoo!, and Microsoft — but he had his fair share of experience in the dealership world as well. He worked at Toyota of Sarasota selling cars as a commission only sales representative, and went on to become the Internet Sales Manager and F&I Manager.  Bob has a riveting presentation prepared on how new channels — such as Facebook — can help you build the team of your dreams.
