Product Update: See What We Released in November

With the end of the year just around the corner, we wanted to share what we’ve developed in November to make sure you’re up to speed on our newest product features.  

Hireology Updates for November 2019


Prescreen Survey Design Update 

The prescreen survey helps you prioritize applicants and save time in your review process. To improve the completion rate of the prescreen survey, we have improved the look and feel. 

Redesigned Jobs Page 

You have access to new filters that narrow down the list of jobs that appear. Default filters apply upon initial open.

Job Refresh Enhancements 

Job refresh allows you to easily repost jobs to organic feeds. You can now refresh jobs without having to go into each individual job. When you hover over the job refresh icon, language now also includes information on when the job is eligible for a refresh.

A New Jobs Homepage 

Research tells us that most Hireology users navigate directly to the Jobs page after logging into Hireology. To save you time, we’ll take you right to the Jobs page when you login.

Prescreen Survey – Complete Immediately After Application 

To provide a better applicant experience and improve completion rates of prescreen surveys, applicants will be prompted to complete the survey after the application is submitted instead of waiting for an email to arrive. They will still receive an email if they are unable to complete the survey.
