Hireology Q2 2019 in Review: Learn About Our Latest Updates

By Beth Kempton

The historically-low unemployment rate has created an applicant economy, meaning employers need to be more strategic than ever before with their recruitment marketing and hiring efforts. At Hireology, we’re continuously focused on helping our customers more efficiently attract, hire and manage top talent. Now that we’re just over halfway through the year, we wanted to share the latest updates to the Hireology platform, and how our customers have made the most of our solutions.

Hireology Customer Success Metrics

More than 7,000 businesses trust Hireology to help them attract quality candidates, manage the hiring process and streamline post-hire HR efforts. During the second quarter of 2019, Hireology customers saw continued success with hiring, including the following key metrics:

Q2 2019 Product Updates

Our team always aims to identify new ways to help our customers attract, hire and integrate top talent. On the product side of the business, we made several updates to the Hireology platform during the second quarter of 2019, including the following:

Mobile-Friendly Insights

In 2017, we launched the Insights analytics platform, which provides clear visibility into hiring metrics, highlighting points of strength and weakness in the hiring process. And in 2018, we made an update to the platform to make our Insights benchmarks even more accurate.

Hireology users who regular tap into Insights to monitor and optimize their recruitment strategy review 14 percent more applicants and ultimately save five days on total time to hire.

Our latest update to Insights makes the solution even easier for your team to leverage, with new mobile-friendly capabilities. Updates to Insights on mobile devices include the:

  • Hiring overview page and sub-navigation menu
  • Time period date picker
  • Process adherence page
  • Sourcing page

Google for Jobs Integration

Up to 70 percent of job searches begin on Google, meaning it’s critical for employers to ensure open roles are reaching candidates on both Google for Jobs and in general Google search results. Our integration with Google for Jobs gives our customers’ jobs more visibility in Google search results, generates a higher click-to-apply compared to job boards, and can ultimately drive more applicants.

Our Latest Integration Partners

We’re always eager to partner with best-in-class technology providers that can help our customers improve how they attract, hire and manage talent. During the second quarter of the year, we had the opportunity to add two additional technology providers to our growing list of integration partners.

AxisCare

AxisCare is a leading provider of home care scheduling, billing and management software. Hireology and AxisCare have integrated core platforms to help home care agencies attract and hire quality caregivers and seamlessly transfer new hire data from Hireology to AxisCare for scheduling.

Paylocity

Hireology now partners with Paylocity to help businesses automate and streamline their onboarding process. Paylocity is one of the leading payroll and human capital management systems, helping businesses improve employee management. Key capabilities of the partnership include: seamlessly transfer new hire data from Hireology to Paylocity and gain easier access to new hire information.

Hireology Company Updates

In addition to the latest product enhancements and integration partners, Hireology continues to grow and experienced several exciting company updates in Q2 2019.

Hireology Closed $27 Million in Series D Financing

In April, Hireology announced $27 million in Series D financing led by Blue Cloud Ventures, with full participation from current investors Bain Capital Ventures and Baird Venture Partners, as well as Silicon Valley Bank.

This latest round of investment brings total capital raised to $60.5 million and underscores Hireology’s momentum and position of strength in the market. Funds will be used to accelerate the company’s growth in new market verticals and to create features that further differentiate its product offering.

Announcing Elevate 2019

In May, Hireology announced Elevate 2019, the third annual retail automotive people strategy summit, happening in Chicago on September 18, 2019. Elevate will take place in partnership with the annual Automotive News Retail Forum: Chicago event. During the Retail Forum, Automotive News will announce its annual list of Best Dealerships to Work For.

Elevate 2019 will offer retail professionals the opportunity to connect, collaborate and champion the people side of their dealerships. The summit will focus on the latest hiring and talent management trends, and empower attendees to formally develop plans to set their dealerships up for success in 2020.
