Hireology Earns 58 G2 Badges in Spring 2026 — Including Leader in 7 Categories

Every quarter when G2 releases its reports, I find myself thinking the same thing: these aren’t our awards. They belong to our customers.

G2 badges are powered entirely by the people who use our platform every day, the HR managers, recruiters, and operators at healthcare systems, hotels, dealerships, and restaurants who take time out of their busy schedules to share what’s working (and what isn’t). That honesty is what makes these recognitions meaningful. And this spring, we have a lot to celebrate.

I’m proud to share that Hireology earned 58 G2 badges for Spring 2026, including recognition as a Leader in seven categories — Applicant Tracking Systems, Candidate Relationship Management, Drug Testing, Employee Referral, Recruitment Marketing, Recruiting Automation, and Recruitment Platforms. That last one, Recruitment Platforms, is particularly meaningful to us as it reflects how customers are experiencing Hireology not just as a point solution, but as an end-to-end hiring ecosystem.

How Hireology Ranks in the G2 Spring 2026 ATS Report: #4 in Best Implementation, #6 in Best Results, #8 Easiest To Use

A few numbers stood out to me this cycle that I think are worth highlighting.

We ranked #4 in Best Implementation overall in the ATS category, out of hundreds of competing platforms. Getting a hiring platform up and running is one of the biggest friction points our customers face, and our implementation and onboarding teams have worked incredibly hard to make that experience as smooth as possible. This ranking tells me that work is paying off.

We also ranked #6 in Best Results overall in the ATS category and #8 in Easiest To Use out of 112 ATS solutions evaluated. Usability is something I’ve always been passionate about at Hireology. We serve industries where the people doing the hiring aren’t always sitting behind a desk, they’re on the floor, in the shop, or managing a shift. If the software isn’t intuitive, it doesn’t get used. These rankings tell me we’re building something people actually want to use.

Hireology G2 Spring 2026 Badges by Business Size: Small Business, Mid-Market, and Enterprise

One of the things I’m most proud of this spring is how broad our recognition is — across business sizes and across functional teams.

Small Business customers recognized us with five badges, including Leader, Highest User Adoption, Most Implementable, Easiest Setup, and Best Est. ROI. For small businesses where every hire counts and there’s no margin for error, these recognitions reflect real impact.

Mid-Market customers awarded us eight badges — our deepest recognition in any single segment. Leader, Best Relationship, Easiest Setup, Easiest To Do Business With, Users Most Likely To Recommend, Most Implementable, High Performer, and Easiest Admin. The breadth of this list matters to me. It’s not just about the software performing well; it’s about the entire experience of working with Hireology.

Enterprise customers gave us six badges: Best Results, Best Usability, Easiest To Use, Highest User Adoption, High Performer, and Best Est. ROI. Enterprise organizations have the most complex needs and the highest expectations. To earn recognition at this level, particularly for Best Results and Best Est. ROI, validates that Hireology is built to scale.
