Beyond making the most of the recruitment CRM platform, Kocourek was among the first Hireology customers to benefit from Hireology’s Applicant Engine and candidate text messaging solutions. Using Applicant Engine, Hireology’s programmatic advertising solution, Kocourek was able to save money on recruitment costs while attracting candidates across multiple job boards, social media, and classified ads at scale.
