Hireology offers two different types of Caliper pre-employment assessments through our platform: The Predictor and Selector. While the Predictor works well for entry level roles and hourly workers, consider the Selector for sales, mid-level and management positions.
HOW IT WORKS
Customers with a Caliper subscription can order assessments directly from their account. Assessments provide insight into candidate problem solving and reasoning skills.
STEP BY STEP PROCESS
You can order a Caliper assessment for candidates applying to unique jobs from your Hireology account.
Once the order is finalized, the candidate is emailed a link to begin the assessment. Assessments are mobile-friendly and can be completed by candidates on a desktop, tablet or mobile device.
Once the candidate takes the Caliper Profile their results are measured against one or more validated job models and managers can easily see how well the candidate fits into the desired job role.
