The automotive group was looking for an all-in-one solution to help with their hiring needs. They signed on with Hireology in 2019 and have been more than satisfied with the capabilities and integrations we offer to make hiring a breeze.
A Streamlined System
Rosen Automotive Group was used to doing a lot of the hiring process manually, but it was disjointed and time-consuming.
“We used to use paper forms and I would have to login to multiple sites to get results,” said Rosen Automotive Group’s HR Manager. “Now my managers can basically just tell me the name of the candidate in Hireology they’re interested in, and the rest is as easy as clicking a button.”
The automated candidate verification feature was particularly appealing to Rosen’s team, as it kept the hiring process moving. With in-platform skills tests, references and background checks, it’s simple to verify each and every candidate with very little effort from their HR team.

Hireology’s platform doesn’t stop once your new employee is in their seat. Onboarding is handled electronically inside the software, so you can initiate the process before day one. And with seamless integrations with industry-trusted companies like Netchex and Dealertrack DMS, you can ensure the process continues along smoothly.
This was especially important to the Rosen Automotive Group team. They’ve been using the Netchex integration for a little less than a year, and recently had to file ACA reporting.
“It was so easy compared to Paychex,” said the HR Manager. The easy-to-use system is a huge time saver, and simple to teach any new team members. And their new employees have no trouble submitting paperwork or completing onboarding tasks, which saves even more of the HR team’s time.
