In today’s tough hiring market, connecting with top job seekers and driving interest in your open roles remains a challenge across all industries. That’s why we’re excited to announce a series of Hireology updates designed to help you attract more quality talent.
Our March updates include a new modal to help you promote and share your open roles more easily, an integration with CareInHomes, and a variety of EmployUs enhancements. We hope these new features help you expand your sourcing channels and build a pipeline of great talent so you can better serve your customers, guests, or patients. Here’s a closer look at the benefits of each:
Easily share open roles across multiple channels
We know how important it is to get your newly created roles in front of as many job seekers as possible — fast. That’s why we built the new job promotions modal, which will allow you to post your open roles directly across a variety of channels with the click of a button. The modal will automatically pop up once you complete opening a new role in Hireology. From there, you can choose to share this open position across social channels — such as Facebook or LinkedIn — or purchase a sponsored post as soon as you open your job. We hope adding this enhancement makes it easier to showcase your newest open roles.
Connect with more caregiver talent
Today’s update also includes a new integration with top-rated caregiver talent network, CareInHomes. Now, when you open a new job or navigate to one you’ve already created and select “promote,” CareInHomes will appear within the list of sponsorship options you can choose from — allowing you to maximize your reach to as many qualified caregivers as possible.
CareInHomes specializes in matching both families and agencies with trusted, qualified caregiver talent. The network was designed to provide an easier way to quickly identify and connect with caregivers that meet the specific criteria for open roles. And it consistently provides a high volume of applicants for our customers.
Get even more value out of Hireology referrals
We also made several powerful enhancements to our integrated employee referral program platform. With today’s updates, you’ll be able to further highlight your open roles, engage employees, and drive referral candidates.
Today’s referral updates include:
- Employee referral review campaigns: Employees who refer their peers to your organization are typically happy and engaged in their roles, so why not leverage this further? With today’s update, you can now create campaigns designed to encourage employees to leave a review for your company after they have referred someone to any open position. Simply build and schedule a campaign with a custom link to direct employees straight to Glassdoor or another site to leave a review about your company, enticing prospects to interact and apply.
- Automated jobs newsletter: When it comes to getting employees to participate in your referral program, repetition is key. Keep employees engaged and up-to-date on your latest job openings by scheduling recurring campaigns to highlight your recently opened positions. Tailor job newsletters that include your latest open roles to reach your current employees weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, reminding your team to submit their referrals without the manual work
- Hireology new hire integration: When you hire someone new, you want to get them into your referral program as soon as possible so they can start referring their friends. Now, that’s easier than ever. You can automatically add new hires from Hireology as employees in EmployUs by simply hitting the “hire” button with Hireology. That employee’s data will automatically be sent to your referral platform, meaning admins can immediately start sending campaigns to new hires asking for referrals — eliminating the need to manually add an updated list of all employees.
- Custom QR codes: You can now build custom QR codes that direct employees or candidates to any link of your choice from their mobile device. Quickly send job seekers to your career site to check out all your open roles or employees straight to Glassdoor to leave a review. These QR codes can be incorporated into any campaign or in-store marketing materials to engage employees or candidates where they spend their time the most — their phones. Build and analyze the usage of these QR codes right in EmployUs.
We hope you’re just as excited about today’s updates as we are. The jobs promotion modal is available for all customers’ base subscriptions today. The Hireology referral updates are available to customers who have added EmployUs to their accounts. Hireology customers can add our referral platform upgrade to their account anytime by contacting their customer success representative or by dropping a line to support@hireology.com.
