Hireology iOS app updates
Hireology’s iOS app has always made it easy for you to review candidates, communicate with talent, and make hires while on-the-go. But with today’s updates, we’ve added new features to the app for improved hiring efficiency and data security:
- Sign in easily: Simplify your login process and seamlessly connect your social accounts with social single sign on for a smoother experience
- Strengthen your security: Add an additional layer of protection to reduce risk and ensure your applicant data remains safe.
- Cross-platform consistency: Any candidate you mark as reviewed in the app will now show as reviewed in both the mobile and web app — adding transparency and efficiency
The new iOS app begins rolling out today, March 27! If you have automatic updates on, you can expect your app to get the latest version or you can manually update in the app store by April 1.
Android app updates
Not an Apple user? No problem. As of today, our Android app now includes all of the capabilities offered in our iOS app, including the updates mentioned above for the iOS app as well as:
- Review applicants from anywhere: Instantly access applications, resumes, pre-screen surveys, and hiring manager comments for all your open positions.
- Candidate communication: Effortlessly communicate with candidates via email, text, or call them directly — all within the app.
- Improved collaboration: Easily add comments, tags, and leave feedback on candidates
- Easy candidate tracking: Seamlessly move applicants through the hiring journey or politely decline those who don’t quite fit the requirements
