What is Hireology Referrals?

Hireology Referrals is our platform’s built-in employee referral tool that powers employee referral programs for our customers. Data shows that referrals are hired faster, stay longer, and are more engaged during their employment than non-referred candidates, which make this a valuable candidate pool to source from.

That depends on which package you currently have.  For the Professional and All-In-One packages, Hireology Referrals is already included; however it is not included in our Essentials package but may be purchased as an add-on. 

Can I use Hireology Referrals as a standalone product?

Absolutely! Thanks to our latest update, Hireology Referrals now integrates with virtually all of the leading HRIS/payroll providers on the market. That means that you can use our best-in-class software regardless of which ATS you prefer to drive referrals at your business.

How do these integrations benefit me?
