G2, the world’s largest peer-to-peer software review site, announced the recipients of new badges for Summer 2023 last week — and Hireology was named a leader in several key categories.
We were awarded 12 new leader badges across many key categories including applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management, drug testing and background checks, onboarding, and more. We were also rated #1 in 34 reports and in the top 10 in 196 reports.

In order to help our customers connect with more talent as we continue to navigate the ongoing talent shortage, we recently launched several key product updates, including employee referral campaigns and automated candidate communications. Now, it’s easier — and faster — than ever to send campaigns with Hireology Referrals, our in-app employee referral program management tool, thanks to the wide variety of new templates available. These templates have been optimized based on subject line and content performance data so our customers can drive better results from their campaigns.
Earlier in Q2, we were thrilled to announce our automated candidate communication regarding missing information to increase efficiencies and speed up time-to-hire. Applicants are now automatically sent a request to provide missing information from their profile; this is intended to capture quality applicants by keeping them warm in the hiring process. Most recently, we’ve added automations enhancing new hire referrals and confirming application submission to help employers stay top of mind for candidates.
