Hireology is thrilled to be named number one overall in HRO Today’s ‘2015 Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings: Talent Management Technology.’ This is the third year in a row Hireology has been ranked by HRO Today and the second straight year as overall customer satisfaction winners in the talent management technology category.
According to HRO Today, every year they ‘rank the top providers of talent management platforms based on customer satisfaction’ and ‘rankings are based solely on the feedback from buyers of the related services.’ HRO Today then uses a programmed algorithm to score the survey results. ‘In order to determine an overall ranking, we analyze results across three subcategories: service breadth, deal sizes, and quality.’
In 2013, Hireology was ranked 1st in the Quality of Service category and 5th overall. The HR tech company’s vast growth over the next year helped increased their 2014 rankings to 1st in Quality of Service and 1st overall. As pleased to earn the top spot for the second year consecutively, customer satisfaction is something they strive to provide on a daily basis.
