Maggie Presby is the Vice President of Customer Success at Hireology, where she manages the customer success team and oversees strategy implementation and development. She is responsible for a delivering a strategic blend of leadership, customer advocacy, and data-driven decision-making to proactively address customer needs and contribute to the company’s long-term success.
Maggie is a Hireology veteran, having spent nearly seven years at the company in several different roles. Prior to joining Hireology, she spent more than five years recruiting, managing, and motivating sales teams at Nordstrom.
Maggie graduated from Western Washington University with a degree in International Business and a minor in Economics. Outside of work Maggie loves to travel — she has visited 26 countries!
