What is the difference between the Core vs Perform Plan?

Both plans include the full Hireology hiring workflow, branded career sites, multi-location features, and multiple payroll and HRIS integrations. Perform adds AI Match (automatic applicant evaluation), AI Candidate Summary (candidate briefs), enhanced compliance and trust capabilities. AI Interview is a separate feature upgrade available only to Perform customers.

AI Match screens every applicant the moment they apply. It evaluates them against your job requirements — looking at role fit, certifications, and skills. AI Match uses evidence-based scoring trained on role types specific to multi-location operators in automotive, healthcare, and hospitality.

AI Candidate Summary automatically generates a briefing for every candidate, highlighting key strengths, areas to explore, and suggested questions to help recruiters prepare for live interviews.

AI Interview conducts structured voice-based screening on behalf of your team. Candidates receive a link and complete the interview on their own schedule. You receive a scored transcript for each candidate, with every applicant answering the same structured questions to ensure consistent, fair scoring across the board.

AI Interview is purpose-built for high-volume frontline roles: technicians, CNAs, caregivers, drivers, hourly retail and hospitality, customer service reps, frontline supervisors. These roles share the pattern AI Interview is designed for — high volume, well-defined screening criteria, schedule constraints that make scheduling phone screens hard.

Hireology partnered with Warden AI to continuously monitor our AI features for disparate impact across protected classes (race, sex, age, disability) using dual-method analysis: group parity testing and individual consistency testing with matched candidate profiles. This bias testing is grounded in EEOC guidance and designed to support fair, more defensible hiring workflows as regulations continue to evolve. The Trust Center surfaces fairness reports, and regulatory mapping so operators can show documented proof to legal, HR, or regulators on demand.

Customers who purchase Enhanced Onboarding before December 31, 2026 receive Enhanced Offer Letters bundled in for the duration of their term. After 12/31, Enhanced Offer Letters returns to its standard packaging treatment for new Enhanced Onboarding purchases.
