Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Panel

Diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) is a key issue facing business owners, their employees and customers. Employees want to be treated with respect and heard equally, regardless of race, gender or background. And as the labor pool changes, growing numbers of women, minorities and other under-represented groups are looking to bring their true selves to work. As such, it’s imperative to be more diverse and inclusive in order to become employers of choice with today’s changing talent, and better represent the communities today’s companies serve.
