A Hireology win back story
Lynch Ford Chevrolet, established in 1998, spans across Iowa and has collected numerous awards for their incredible customer service and industry expertise. They focus on hiring individuals that align with their business values of being partners with their community.
The Lynch Ford Chevrolet team has been using Hireology since 2017 to attract, hire, and onboard their new employees, and after a short break, they are as happy with Hireology as ever.
Customized Career Site
The Lynch Ford team was looking for a more specified hiring process as well as an avenue for finding more qualified candidates. The initial recommendation to adopt Hireology came from the GM who had used the software for years prior and found great value in the platform, said Lisa Lansing, Lynch Ford Chevrolet’s Public Relations Manager.

With a customized career page, Lynch Ford Chevrolet was able to highlight their volunteer programs, company values, and career growth opportunities.
And Hireology’s user-friendly platform allows the Lynch Ford team to instantly turn on and off any ads running for open positions, saving the dealership time and money.

A Departure — and Return — to Hireology
When the pandemic began, Lynch Ford Chevrolet made the tough choice to part ways with Hireology since they weren’t recruiting and were looking for ways to cut costs.
As time passed and they again began advertising for a few open positions, they decided to use a local career website for job postings in hopes of saving some money. Instead, this cost the company hundreds of dollars for a single positing to be listed for 30 days. They quickly realized that this wasn’t a cost-effective or resourceful alternative, and chose to return to Hireology.
“Between being able to keep multiple ads open at once and having a Hireology career site, coming back to our partnership with Hireology ultimately made the most sense from an ROI standpoint,” said Lisa.
