How can I earn continuing education credit from a Hireology webinar?
Continuing education credits are issued through NAB (National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards). To receive CE credit, you must view a minimum of 50 minutes of the webinar during the live event.
What should I do if I did not receive my continuing education certificate after three business days?
Send a message to events@hireology.com from the email address you used to register for the event.
Can you issue more than one continuing education credit if multiple people view the event from a shared computer?
Only one credit can be issued to each email address used to access the live event.
Will you report my continuing education credit(s) to NAB?
If you provided a valid NAB ID number and registered for the event with the exact name associated with your NAB ID, your credit(s) will be reported to NAB on your behalf within 7 business days after the event.
Can I get continuing education credit from an organization other than NAB?
Hireology is recognized only by NAB. If you are requesting credit from an association other than NAB, please contact that association directly.
