Product Update: The Latest Hireology Sourcing Solutions

The Hireology team continuously identifies new and improved ways to help our customers efficiently attract, hire and connect top talent. With our latest product update, we’re rolling out enhancements to our sourcing solutions.

Sourcing candidates from multiple channels remains critical to gaining a competitive advantage. In fact, Hireology data found that a multi-channel recruitment marketing strategy can help drive five times more quality applicants than relying on one channel alone. To support a multi-channel approach, Hireology is always looking to expand the list of applicant channels available to our customers.

Through our sourcing solutions, our goal is to bring increased awareness to your open roles across larger and more diverse talent pools, helping you attract quality candidates and reduce your time to hire as a result.

To support this goal, the following updates are on Hireology’s Q1 2020 product roadmap. All are expected to be broadly available to customers in March 2020.

Jobs on Facebook Integration

Hireology is launching a new integration with Jobs on Facebook. Through the integration, jobs created in Hireology can automatically appear on the Facebook Page for your business, in the jobs bookmark, in Marketplace, and News Feed.

Once a job seeker submits an application via Facebook, the application data is pushed to the customer’s Hireology account for review. With 2.5 billion users each month, the integration will expose dealership roles to a larger talent pool, resulting in more applicants and a faster time to hire.

ZipRecruiter “Quick Apply”

For customers leveraging Hireology’s Basic Application template, this enhancement will give job seekers on ZipRecruiter the ability to apply directly to jobs using a “Quick Apply” feature.

With one click, job seekers can use their ZipRecruiter resume to complete and submit an application without leaving the page. Once a job seeker submits an application via Quick Apply, the application data is pushed to the customer’s Hireology account for review.

According to data from ZipRecruiter, jobs with the Quick Apply functionality receive five times more applicants than jobs without this option.

Additional Organic Job Board Integrations

Currently, Hireology’s job feed is picked up organically by Google for Jobs, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Jooble and Jobcase.

We are excited to add three additional up-and-coming organic job board integrations – Careerjet, talent.com and Lensa –  to our platform. These new integrations are included in the base platform subscription price and are completely automated for Hireology customers.

App 2.0

In addition to diversifying applicant channels, we’re also rolling out a new, mobile-optimized application process for custom applications with the goal of increasing applicant volume.

The new application provides applicants with a better experience on mobile and streamlines the job description and application into one page.

Through initial beta testing with the App 2.0 experience, customers are seeing three times higher applicant conversion on desktop and five times higher applicant conversion on mobile.

Stay Tuned

If you’re a Hireology customer, these updates are expected to be available to customers in March 2020.
