Product Update: Candidate Reports Help Teams Better Track Hiring

The Hireology team is always hard at work making enhancements to our platform. Our latest update features candidate reports in Insights. With this update, you can track the status of your candidates by job, location and hiring manager. Candidate reports show you all the applicants, candidates and hires that applied to a job during a specified date range.
A comprehensive table will show the following data:

  • Candidate’s name
  • Status
  • Job applied to
  • Job location
  • Hiring manager
  • Source the candidate applied from
  • Application date
  • Last step completed in the hiring process
  • Next step in the hiring process


For easy viewing, users can filter candidates by their current status:

  • Applicant
  • Candidate
  • Hired
  • Inactive
