As a refresher, Sponsored Jobs appear more often in Indeed search results and do not fall back in search results over time like free listings, resulting in 55% more applicants than non-sponsored jobs2. Additionally, Sponsored Jobs are 4.5x more likely to result in a hire than non-sponsored jobs3.

By sponsoring jobs directly from the Hireology platform, you can take full advantage of the benefits of Indeed Sponsored Jobs without having to rely on siloed systems. Sharing this information helps Indeed better match job seekers to your job postings. Over time, this will improve the quality of applicants driven by Indeed, ultimately helping you fill your open roles with better talent. Additionally, employers who update candidate statuses consistently will be rewarded with a Responsive Employer Badge in Indeed search results.

Post jobs on Indeed faster with XML feed integration

With this integration, all new or updated external jobs created in Hireology are now sent directly to Indeed via an XML feed. This ensures that your most up-to-date job content is automatically available in Indeed’s free search results — empowering you to get your open roles in front of top talent faster.
