Join us in this interview with Dave Luepke, Strategic Account Director and one of our 2022 President’s Club winners, to find out what led him to Hireology and why he feels the company is such a great place to work.

Hireology: What were you doing before joining Hireology?

Dave: I was an Account Executive for an automotive marketing company.

H: What was it about Hireology that attracted you to the company and convinced you to join the team?

D: The culture at Hireology felt authentic. There was career advancement within reach. I felt that I could be of value and valued by my team.

H: Can you give a high level overview of what your role entails?

D: Currently, I work with our existing customer base in our automotive vertical, consulting them on products that help solve their business challenges, streamline efficiency, and promote long-term people strategy growth.

H: What is something you’ve done during your time at Hireology that you’re most proud of?

D: In my two years at Hireology, I’ve been promoted twice and achieved President’s Club each year. I had mild imposter syndrome when starting at Hireology, as I didn’t see myself as a “sales type.” The support of my managers — and my team — allowed me to approach sales with my own voice. With coaching and curiosity to learn, success was within reach.

H: What do you love most about working at Hireology?

D: We practice what we preach. Our culture nurtures inclusion and growth. We care about our colleagues and strive to grow together. Leadership is transparent, and managers value your feedback. Hireology feels like a family.

H: What advice do you have for people looking to grow their careers in sales?

D: Our culture and career pathing incubates talent. Hireology is a good fit for individuals who strive to grow professionally and want to have fun throughout the process!
