April Product Updates and COVID-19 Resources for Your Team

With the events of the recent few weeks, our company is adjusting to working as an all-remote team. We’ve also been connecting with customers to make sure they have the resources they need to navigate these unprecedented times. To help as best as we can, we created new COVID-19 resources for healthcare agencies, automotive dealerships, and wrote a new eBook on helping organizations of all types stay connected to their candidates and current teams as we all navigate today’s challenges together. Beyond these free resources, our team has also been hard at work developing features to make our platform better. Here’s a highlight of what we’ve released in the recent weeks.

LinkedIn Organic Enhancements

We’ve completed work making a few under-the-hood optimizations with the LinkedIn XML feed to boost organic job visibility and help applicant traffic from the nation’s largest professional social network. While you don’t need to take action to make use of this enhancement, it might be a good time to verify your company’s social links are updated. Just login to Hireology and click on Settings >> Career Site and scroll down to the Social Media section. Ensure that your company’s URLs for LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter appear in the fields to gain the most job visibility with your applicants.

Introducing Hcareers

Hireology is excited to partner with Hcareers, the leading online hospitality job board and careers platform in North America. By working together, Hireology and Hcareers will help hospitality employers attract, hire and onboard the best candidates in the industry. Customers in the hospitality space will have the option to sponsor jobs using Hcareers to boost visibility with job seekers in the hospitality space. Sunsetting Legacy Job Boards

Hireology is constantly reviewing our sponsored job board offerings to ensure our partners are driving value and exposure for your open roles. As a result, we are sunsetting several legacy job boards, including Work in Retail, Jobs in Motion and Miracle Workers. These boards were only leveraged by a very small percentage of customers and will not impact any other job board offering.

New Healthcare Integration Partners

Today, we’re thrilled to share that ClearCare, MatrixCare, and Proliant have joined Hireology’s growing list of post-hire integration partners. These three new scheduling integration partners in the healthcare space serve our customers in private duty, home care and long term care. With these new integrations, customers using both Hireology and one of these three scheduling platforms can quickly get candidates or new hires scheduled quickly – which is incredibly important as the need for dependable care workers has never been greater.
