Kevin Knapp is the Chief Financial Officer at Hireology, driving the financial growth and managing accounting operations across the growing organization. He leads the team responsible for ensuring Hireology’s financial health and brings substantial experience from the HR/recruitment space as well as retail automotive from his previous roles. Most recently, Kevin served as the CFO for CareerBuilder. During his 14-year tenure, CareerBuilder grew from a $70 million, 430 employee organization to over $700 million in global revenue and 3,300 employees across 20 countries.

He was also part of the original team that launched Cars.com, providing him with extensive retail automotive and technology experience in a high-growth startup environment. At Cars.com, Kevin held several roles including Vice President of Strategy and Operations.

Kevin is a graduate of Indiana University, holds a master’s in business administration from the University of Chicago and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Knapp is also a Leadership Greater Chicago fellow, a member of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business CFO Advisory Board and served on the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago’s Advisory Council on Agriculture, Small Business and Labor from 2012-2015.
