HOW IT WORKS
The SkillSurvey integration allows you to request, see progress and review candidate reference reports, all within Hireology. Get the information you need to make the best hiring decisions with fast, data-driven feedback from references.
STEP BY STEP PROCESS
You can request references for candidates applying to unique jobs from your Hireology account.
The candidate will receive a brief form to input contact details for three references, including one current or previous supervisor.
Once contact information is provided, a role-specific, mobile-friendly survey is sent via email to each contact.
As references provide feedback, results are collected anonymously and summarized in a report. You’ll receive a notification in Hireology when results are ready for your review.
