DiSC Profile assessments are behavioral assessment tools designed to measure how a person naturally prefers to do things and interact with others. Results reveal personalized insights that deepen an individual’s understanding of self and others, making workplace interactions more enjoyable and effective.
Hireology offers three different types of DiSC Profile assessments through our platform: The General Profile, Management Profile, and Sales Profile. While the General Profile works well for most all roles, consider the Management or Sales Profile if you are looking for specialized feedback on these career tracks.

HOW IT WORKS
Customers with a DiSC Profile subscription can order assessments directly from their account. Personalized assessments provide insight into communication style, stressors and motivators to help individuals better connect with their teams.
STEP BY STEP PROCESS
You can order a DiSC Profile assessment for candidates applying to unique jobs from your Hireology account.
Each DiSC Profile assessment takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.
The candidate will receive a comprehensive report detailing main attributes of their DiSC Profile with recommendations on how to best interact with co-workers who may fall into other DiSC Profile types.
