Andrea spent 13 years working in retail grocery and began her career in Human Resources in 2011, working her way from Recruiter to HR Manager. She joined DGDG in 2017 as the Employee Engagement Manager and was promoted to VP in January 2022. In 2018, Andrea launched the first ever DGDG New Employee Orientation program that every new hire attends to learn about DGDG history, culture, technology and policies and was instrumental in organizing the inaugural DGDG’s Women’s Day in March 2019. She received her Masters in Human Resources Management from USC in August 2018.
