The power of the hiring process

Tanner Holmes is a growing franchisee for European Wax Center – a well-known wellness center with locations across northern Illinois. Working together since 2017, Hireology helped Tanner pull together a hiring process that gives him visibility into each location while freeing up his time and focus to work on his business instead of managing the tedious administrative tasks associated with hiring and onboarding.

Launching a Centralized Hiring Platform

For us, seeing ANY data was helpful compared to our process before. The actionable steps and transparency help us make decisions to improve our process.”


The #1 benefit I see in Hireology is using it as an organizational tool. For business owners, it’s way of micro-managing without managing at all. At any time, I can access the information I want and see which locations are performing, see the time to hire and resume review percentage. Access to this information was not available before.
