The power of the hiring process

Tanner Holmes is a growing franchisee for European Wax Center – a well-known wellness center with locations across northern Illinois. Working together since 2017, Hireology helped Tanner pull together a hiring process that gives him visibility into each location while freeing up his time and focus to work on his business instead of managing the tedious administrative tasks associated with hiring and onboarding.

Launching a Centralized Hiring Platform

It’s just about the only premium we use for sourcing. We’ve had so much success and love knowing we’re reaching so much more applicants than we would by putting all of our funds into a single job board purchase.”
