As we adjust to another month of remote life, the Hireology team has been hard at work finalizing new updates to help your hiring process work better for you. Whether you work in healthcare and need to address the incredible demand created by COVID-19, or are a business looking to reopen and bring on staff the coming weeks, we wanted to share our best practices for connecting with your team. Beyond that, we hope that you are staying healthy and are excited to see the updates we made to your Hireology account.
MatrixCare integration live for home care & private duty agencies
After mentioning this coming in last month’s update, we’re excited to share that MatrixCare is up and running for our private duty and home care customers. With this integration, agencies can transfer Hireology new hire data into MatrixCare to shorten the time it takes to get caregivers up and running and in the field. There is no charge for this integration, so if you’re a customer with both of these systems in place, tap here to learn more about the integration and how to enable it on your accounts today.
ClearCare integration live for home care organizations
For Hireology customers also using ClearCare for agency shift scheduling, our exciting new integration lets you transfer applicant data from Hireology to ClearCare so caregivers going through the hiring process can create their ClearCare Quick Apply applicant profile. You can get more details on this integration by visiting our ClearCare integrations page.
New integration setting at the job-level
With the ability to integrate Hireology with multiple HR systems, this new setting allows you to fine-tune which roles require information to be sent to the platforms you connect with Hireology. By specifying which jobs should communicate with your specific systems, you may be able to reduce the number of unnecessary records created during the hiring process in your other platforms.
Enhancements to ZipRecruiter, Lensa, Talent.com, Careerjet and Glassdoor job feeds
We’ve made some formatting updates for jobs displayed on third-party feeds so they appear cleaner and more legible for your potential job applicants.
Bug Fixes
- An issue causing interview notes to disappear on some accounts has been fixed
- A bug that was preventing some customers from being able to edit the subject line in emails sent to candidates has been corrected
- We fixed a bug in CKEditor, the third party tool we use for text editing that was causing the wrong action to take place when a customer clicked any of the text formatting or emoji buttons
