When it comes to the culture and employee experience at Hireology, our leadership team operates with one core mission: We want Hireology to be the best place you ever work.
While we hold ourselves to this goal in a variety of ways — from competitive pay benefits to remote work options — we pride ourselves in our career growth and mobility offerings. Each year, hundreds of employees experience both traditional and non-traditional career growth at Hireology, allowing them to expand their skills, gain new experiences, and feel fulfillment from their day-to-day work.
In our new Career Mobility Spotlight blog series, we’re going to feature a different employee who has grown and expanded their career at Hireology each month. In April, we’re focusing on Dave Luepke, Account Representative turned Major Account Director. Dave’s story is a great example of a traditional, linear sales team growth pattern at Hireology.
