We’re “Setting the New Bar” for Selection Management Software

It’s been a great week for Hireology!

On Tuesday evening, we received exciting news from the research team at McClean & Company, a research and advisory firm focused on HR technology. To our surprise and delight, they informed us that not only did we make the cut to be on the list of only eight vendors they’d evaluate in the Talent acquisitions landscape, but we also won their innovation award!!

With thousands of ATSs, TASs and CMSs on the market, we are thrilled to have been pegged the “Emerging Player” in the talent acquisitions space. Not to mention, the other seven companies with which we were assessed have been around for ages and average over 1,000 employees each – just a small jump from our core team, here (wink)!

We’re ecstatic about the news. Like any other relatively new company, we love telling the world all the reasons why WE think our product is amazing, but now someone else has taken notice. We’ve been discovered, in a BIG way. The well-respected research group evaluated all vendors on factors such as: features, affordability, usability, and company strategy of all the products on the market, and put us at the top of the list. Specifically, McClean & Company writes in their report:

‘Hireology is the newest vendor – however, its robust tools for interview and selection management are impressive”

Highlights of their analysis:

  •     ‘Flexible pricing based on the number of concurrent openings, not the number of users, candidates, or company locations.’
  •     Hireology’s ‘SmartRankª feature to sort candidates based on behavioral fit to job requirements (versus a keywords/semantic matching process).’
  •     ‘Guides for interviews and reference checks based on job analysis data can be viewed in the system and printed, if needed.’

How did we get here? We owe this one to our users. It’s because of your suggestions and input that we have an “award-winning” product. We know we’ve still got a ways to go before we build a “perfect” product, but know that our entire road-map has been shaped by your feedback. For this, we sincerely thank you.
