It was all smiles and cheers at Hireology, as word quickly spread around the office. Everyone huddled around a single laptop screen as our CEO Adam Robinson read aloud that Hireology has been ranked fifth by the Human Resources Outsourcing Magazine and HRO Todayon their 2013 Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings list in Talent Management Software.
Hireology’s selection management platform ranked amongst some much older and better known industry performers like Kenexa and iCIMS.
‘It is an immense honor to be recognized as one of HRO Today’s Baker Dozen in Talent Management Software,’ said Hireology CEO, Adam Robinson. ‘I’m incredibly proud of our team, who works so hard every day to produce the best possible product and user experience in our industry. To be ranked with well-known peers is exciting, and a huge milestone for our company.’
HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen ratings list compares talent management software providers based solely on client satisfaction surveys and feedback and not by the HRO staff. The ranking was focused on scope of features, market environment (size of the installations the provider typically has with the reviewed suite or product) and quality of service. Additionally, Hireology received the #1 spot in the Quality of Service category, and again fifth overall in the breadth of features category.
