The Reason Your Social Media Recruiting Efforts Aren’t Working

Twitter users send over 400 million tweets per day. So even if your followers follow only a handful of people/companies, you’re still competeing for their attention with hundreds of other tweets. And be honest – would your company’s tweets actually catch your eye if you were a follower? Probably not.

Take it from someone who works with social media every single day – it’s not easy to get people excited about your posts. But the key is engagement. Talk to your followers, not at them.

On May 15th we are going to be holding a webinar all about social media recruiting. By tuning into “Using Social Media to Transform Your Hiring Process, you’ll learn:

  • How to most effectively attract passive and active job seekers
  • The ins and outs of Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Legal concerns and safeguards
  • And much more!
