Tanner Holmes is a growing franchisee for European Wax Center – a well-known wellness center with locations across northern Illinois. Working together for over a year now, we helped Tanner pull together a hiring process that gives him visibility into each location while freeing up his time and focus to work on his business instead of managing the tedious administrative tasks associated with hiring and onboarding.


After partnering with Hireology, Tanner was able to launch a true hiring process across his locations. This was a huge improvement over the manual tracking spreadsheet he used previously to staff up each location.
