According to Mediabistro.com, there were 187 million monthly active users on LinkedIn by June 2014 and are continuing to grow. Have your social media sites stand out so you can gain more followers. Share things such as company pictures, events and news to show potential candidates that your business is a fun and enjoyable place to work. Show interest in other things besides your company by liking, re-tweeting or following other companies.
