Our new enhanced Candidate Profile Page

You may have noticed a few new fields on your candidate’s profile pages.  Let’s take a moment to walk through these enhancements and tell you why they’ve been made.

‘Add another”

We’re happy to report that, based on customer feedback, we now understand that people have more than one telephone number. 

Ok, so this one was a no-brainer.  You are now able to enter multiple phone numbers and email addresses for your candidates, not just their primary telephone number/address.

Twitter and LinkedIn

Candidates who provide their Twitter and LinkedIn profile URLs during the job application process will have this information stored on their candidate profile.  We’ve even given ‘add another’ functionality to the Twitter field – useful if the Candidate is managing their company’s Twitter account as well as their own (for, say, a Marketing Manager role, etc).

Current Compensation

Hireology’s process coaches you to break a candidate’s compensation down into core components – Base, Commission, and Bonus.  We’ve implemented this breakdown in a way that enables you to add only those elements which are applicable.

Desired Compensation

We’re adding this field to better set up the dynamic between what a Candidate thinks they’re worth, and what their current or last employer is/was actually paying them.  A critical piece of data when you’re evaluating an offer.

All of these fields are being offered in preparation for our Career Site launch in mid- to late March.  We’ll be previewing some of our Career Site functionality very soon, so stay tuned!
