Hireology released two new features today that just might change your business:
For those of you work in the hospitality industry, today is your lucky day! Hireology has added a “Hospitality” job family to our bank of well researched, extensively profiled job families. Now, users can select from a list of ten different job families in order to determine which candidates best match the requirements of their specific job.
With the Hospitality job family in place, restaurants, bars, hotels, etc… can enjoy all the benefits of a Hireology account that the rest of us do: customized job descriptions, customized interviews, interview scoring that predicts the likelihood of success in any particular role, and applicant management.
Speaking of customized interviews, the other new feature we released today is Interview Editing! Hireology customers have been asking for this since the first time we demo’d our product: If your company has a “tried and true” phone screen or round-one interview that you love, you are now able edit or add to ours to suit your needs.
There is no other product on the market that offers this extreme flexibility while predicting success on a consistent basis! You can edit the phone screen through your Settings Tab by clicking “Interviews.” This will allow you to add unique questions for each job, and store unlimited versions of your unique interviews for easy access in years to come.
Coming soon: Users will have the ability to edit the Achievements Interview and even create their own unique interviews to incorporate into a new hiring process.
