We released the much-anticipated Career Site feature last week, and we’re excited to give you a preview right here on the product blog.
If you’re like most high-growth companies, you’re posting your open positions on a variety of sites like Craigslist or Careerbuilder, and then getting hammered with emails from candidates. Since resumes are attached to each email, you have to manually download and save each resume, and then forward them along to your other team members for review.
Well, no longer!
Hireology now offers a fully-hosted Career Site that you can use to market your open jobs, all through our platform. This powerful new feature allows you to manage your entire recruiting process through one interface, eliminating the need to manage candidate applications on a one-off basis.
The image above is our basic template. You’ll notice a section for your logo (“Jobsearch”), space for your open jobs, and candidate log-in section. Through this portal, candidates will review your open positions and apply directly for one or more jobs. If you want to customize the career site to have your look and feel, you can do that, too, with our assistance. In the near future, we’ll give you the ability to upload your own CSS.
