logo-4According to Jerry Gratton, Vice President, People for 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, the system’s greatest hiring challenge was inconsistency. Each location had a different approach to sourcing, screening, and hiring front-line staff. This resulted in unpredictable and irregular new hire success rates.

However, Gratton knew his team needed more than just an applicant tracking system. Something that was compatible for both corporate and franchise location users. It was also important they find a tool that was user-friendly, practical, and had a customizable interface. And last but not least, JUNK needed a system that included behavioral assessments as part of the onboarding process.
