With Hireology, running a candidate through the hiring process is easy, efficient, and custom-tailored to your job opening.
Once you’ve added a candidate to Hireology and identified them for a specific job opening, you’ll see their Candidate Detail Page. The Candidate Detail Page lists, in-order, all of the hiring steps that you’ll want to complete as you evaluate the person’s suitability for the role. If a candidate is being considered for multiple jobs within your company, they will have a separate Candidate Detail Page for each job.
The Candidate Detail Page gives you an overview of the Hireology process as well as a workspace within which to grab interview guides, upload resumes and notes, and score each interview. At any point in time, you can use our handy Status Bar at the top of the page to access their scorecard, reject a candidate, and hire the candidate.
Clicking on a specific step in the process presents you with more options. In the example to the left, the user has selected the Phone Screen step and has been presented with multiple choices. If they need to download the interview guide, Hireology delivers it as a PDF for easy view/save functionality. At the conclusion of the Phone Screen, they can upload their notes and use our scorecard functionality to rate the candidate’s performance during the interview.
Our goal with this interface is to give you the entire process in one place so that you can 1) see a consolidated view of your candidate at any given time, and 2) complete your interviews with confidence.
